I met a guy who circumvented the first automated selection filters by copying and pasting the job description in small white letters at the end of his resume. The whole job-seeking process is dehumanizing and ridiculous. Allow me to add: some companies also ask you to take several irrelevant tests before a human ever lays an eye on your resume.

And some even have the nerve of asking you to perform some free labor as part of your application.
